This is the wheel nut for the left-hand wheel. It can be distinguished from left-hand wheels easily by noting that the arrow ‘OFF’ points clockwise.
It is used on cars equipped with steel wheels, and alloy wheels where a separate hubcap conceals the wheel nuts.
The right-hand wheel nut is UG4454.
